Role Overview As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the Royal Enfield service center. You act as the vital bridge between our customers and the technical workshop team. Your goal is to provide a premium service experience, ensuring every rider’s "Pure Motorcycling" journey remains smooth and hassle-free. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and conduct a thorough professional vehicle intake. Job Card Management: Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them in the job card. Technical Consultation: Perform a joint inspection of the motorcycle with the customer and advise on necessary repairs or preventive maintenance. Cost & Time Estimation: Provide transparent estimates for repair costs (parts and labor) and realistic delivery timelines. Workshop Coordination: Liaise with technicians to monitor progress and ensure all promised work is completed to Royal Enfield standards. Upselling: Educate customers on value-added services Vehicle Delivery: Conduct a final quality check and explain the invoice/work performed clearly to the customer upon delivery. Customer Satisfaction: Handle queries and complaints professionally to maintain high Customer Satisfaction
