Proven work experience in software quality assurance
Proven work experience in SDLC & STLC
Should have experience in manual testing
Experience in following Bug Life Cycle
Experience in working with Project management tools like JIRA etc.
Hands-on experience with black box testing techniques
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies & processes
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Track quality assurance metrics, like Bug Leakage, Defect Densities and Open Defects count
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Ad-on advantage if having automated testing tools knowledge
