Lead Generation:o Develop and execute effective strategies for generating quality leads throughcold emailing, cold calling, and online bidding platforms such as Clutch,Upwork, and others.o Build a robust pipeline of potential domestic and international clients acrossvarious industries.2. Client Engagement and Conversion:o Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects, converting leads intolong-term clients.o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with thecompany’s offerings.3. Market Research and Analysis:o Conduct detailed research on target markets, competitors, and potential clientsto identify opportunities.o Keep abreast of trends and updates in both domestic and international markets.4. Proposal Development and Negotiation:o Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pricingstrategies to secure projects.o Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals while maintaining profitability.5. Collaboration and Reporting:o Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and deliveryteams, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.o Regularly update CRM systems and provide reports on lead generation,conversion rates, and other KPIs.Required Skills and Qualifications:● Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Business Development Executive or similar role,with a track record of successful lead generation and client acquisition.● Expertise in cold emailing, cold calling, and bidding platforms such as Clutch,Upwork, and Freelancer.● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to handle domestic and international clients effectively.● Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management software.● Proficient in market research and data analysis.● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of ateam.Preferred Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.● Prior experience in IT/Software, Digital Marketing, or similar industries is anadvantage.
