Pharma Connect & Creative Eye Events are leading verticals in pharma events, conferences, exhibitions, and corporate activations. With 10+ years of experience and a strong client base in the pharmaceutical industry, we specialize in concept-to-execution event solutions. We are looking for a Sales Manager cum Client Servicing professional to strengthen client relationships and drive new business for our Mumbai office.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients within pharmaceutical & corporate sectors.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts by providing consistent servicing and relationship management.
- Work closely with design and production teams to develop creative proposals and pitch presentations.
- Prepare and deliver sales strategies, proposals, and costings as per client requirements.
- Handle end-to-end project coordination from client brief to execution.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Keep track of industry trends, competition activities, and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in Event Management / Pharma Events / Exhibitions.
- Strong network in pharma/corporate sector preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Passion for events, client engagement, and business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and basic costing.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
