Job Summary
Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to oversee internal audit processes, financial compliance, operational audits, and risk assessment activities within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial records, identifying process improvements, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting management with audit reports and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits and compliance checks across departments
Review financial statements, accounting records, and operational procedures
Identify risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and audit standards
Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management
Monitor implementation of corrective actions and audit recommendations
Coordinate with external auditors, finance teams, and management
Maintain documentation related to audits and compliance activities
Analyze financial data and prepare MIS/audit reports
Assist in developing internal controls and SOPs for business operations
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of auditing principles and financial compliance
Internal audit and risk assessment expertise
Good understanding of accounting standards and taxation basics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and audit/reporting tools
Strong communication and team management abilities
Attention to detail and documentation management
Ability to handle confidential financial information
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
4–8 years of experience in audit, finance, or compliance roles
Experience in EdTech or service industry will be an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple audits
Professional approach with strong ethical standards
Experience in process improvement and compliance monitoring

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
