Job Summary
Prabhat Renewable Energy & Agro Limited is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive the growth of our solar energy business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and promoting rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements, present customized solar solutions, and successfully close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, field visits, digital leads, and cold calling.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Educate prospective clients on the benefits, cost savings, and environmental impact of solar energy systems.
- Conduct preliminary site assessments and gather necessary information for system design and quotation.
- Prepare and present customized solar proposals and financial savings analyses.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, electrical products, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
