Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities across corporate, sales, operations, and support functions. The role involves talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and databases
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage candidate communication and recruitment pipelines
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements
- Build talent pools for critical and recurring positions
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate hiring
- Experience hiring for sales, operations, retail, FMCG, pharma, or corporate functions preferred
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals and LinkedIn
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

Pay: ₹15,371.25 - ₹25,000.00 per month
