A Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health of an organization.

Core Duties
Reporting: Preparing monthly financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets.
Budgeting: Leading the annual budget process and tracking variances throughout the year.
Cash Flow: Monitoring inflows and outflows to ensure the company can meet its obligations.
Analysis: Analyzing market trends and financial data to provide advice on business decisions.
Compliance: Ensuring all accounting and tax filings meet legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements
Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Experience: Several years in financial analysis, accounting, or audit roles.
Certifications: Often requires a CPA, CMA, or CA (Chartered Accountant) designation.
Skills: Advanced Excel, proficiency (SAP/spectrum), and strong forecasting abilities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
