Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial property sales.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and follow-ups effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
- Maintain records of leads, site visits, closures, and client interactions.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
Required Skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the real estate market will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Field Sales / Direct Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may also apply.
- Must be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
Pay: ₹9,768.47 - ₹25,000.00 per month
