Job Responsibilities:
- Boutique Hospitality & Operations: Oversee day-to-day guest relations at our 5-room property. Act as the primary point of contact to ensure flawless check-ins, curate unique guest experiences (such as organizing our nature walks, hikes, and bonfire nights), and deliver luxury-level hospitality.
- Sales & Network Growth: Actively bring in premium clients, family groups, couples, and small corporate retreats by leveraging your own professional contacts, travel agent networks, and local partnerships.
- Social Media & Query Management: Manage all customer inquiries, booking requests, and reviews on digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google, and WhatsApp) promptly to convert leads into bookings.
- Feedback & Quality Control: Handle guest feedback gracefully, ensuring high review ratings (maintaining our excellent 4.7+ standard) and fostering repeat clientele.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
