seeking an experienced, visionary, and clinically accomplished Professor of ENT to lead our department. This is a senior leadership role where you will be responsible for defining the academic excellence of the department, performing advanced surgical procedures, and providing expert mentorship to faculty and residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Departmental Leadership: Lead and manage the ENT department, overseeing clinical operations, departmental administration, and academic planning.
- Clinical & Surgical Expertise: Perform complex ENT surgeries, lead outpatient clinical services, and provide high-level diagnostic consultations.
- Academic Leadership: Spearhead the postgraduate (MS ENT) teaching program, lead curriculum innovation, and supervise doctoral/thesis research.
- NMC Standards: Maintain the highest standards of teaching and departmental infrastructure to ensure strict adherence to National Medical Commission (NMC) norms.
- Mentorship: Provide strategic guidance to Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and Residents to foster a culture of academic and clinical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Education: MBBS with MS/DNB in ENT from a recognized medical institution.
- Experience: Extensive teaching and clinical experience as an Associate Professor (as per NMC guidelines for the designation of Professor).
- Leadership: Proven track record in departmental management, academic administration, and clinical research.
- Registration: Valid registration with the State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Research: A strong portfolio of indexed publications and experience as a recognized examiner/guide for postgraduate medical education.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per month
