Job description:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
- Understand technical job requirements (Developers, Testers, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals,naukri, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews
- Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters
- Excellent communication
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
