Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and continuously optimize product listings across all major marketplace platforms.
- Craft compelling, SEO-optimized product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that drive discoverability and conversions.
- Manage product imagery, A+ content, and brand store pages to enhance presentation and buyer engagement.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns including Amazon PPC, Flipkart PLA, and platform-specific ad formats.
- Execute promotional strategies for high-traffic sale events such as Prime Day, Big Billion Days, and End-of-Season Sales.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including ACOS, CTR, and CVR to maximize return on ad spend.
- Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain healthy inventory levels and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Proactively monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations that impact sales performance.
- Raise, track, and resolve disputes related to returns, order errors, or operational discrepancies with platform support teams.
- Build and maintain daily and weekly dashboards tracking sales performance, return rates, and campaign ROI.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommend strategies to improve revenue and reduce operational losses.
- Ensure all product listings are aligned with the latest platform guidelines, policies, and category requirements.
- Proactively monitor and address account health issues pertaining to IP complaints, authenticity, seller ratings, and negative reviews.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to track listings, pricing, promotional activity, and product positioning.
- Recommend dynamic pricing and promotional strategies to maintain competitive edge and improve market share.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; a specialization in Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce is preferred.
- 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- In-depth knowledge of major marketplaces including Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa.
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart PLA, and related formats).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent data tools for reporting and decision-making.
- Sound understanding of SEO best practices as applied to e-commerce product listings.
- Experience handling end-to-end marketplace operations including order processing, returns management, and dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with e-commerce compliance standards, platform policies, and performance reporting frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external platform representatives.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and platform accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Location & Work Mode
The role is based in Thane and requires full-time, in-office presence with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
