Job Summary
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, customer support, marketing, administration, accounts, registration, and inventory teams. The role focuses on achieving business targets, improving operational efficiency, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branch Operations
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure all departments function efficiently and meet company standards.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and a positive work environment.
- Monitor branch expenses and operational efficiency.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly booking targets.
- Track daily sales activities, site visits, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with marketing to generate quality leads.
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans.
3. Team Management
- Supervise Team Leaders, Sales Executives, Customer Support Executives, and administrative staff.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Coach, motivate, and mentor employees.
- Identify training needs and recommend skill development programs.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
5. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs, sales conversions, lead status, and operational metrics.
- Submit reports to the GM and management on time.
- Maintain accurate branch records and documentation.
6. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee discipline.
- Maintain office assets, facilities, and administrative records.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism within the branch.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Travel to project sites and nearby branches as required.

Pay: ₹14,416.13 - ₹48,433.16 per month
