Role Summary
The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing and optimising paid digital campaigns that generate qualified student leads and admissions while ensuring the highest possible Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in education marketing, lead generation and conversion funnel optimisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising
- Plan and execute campaigns on:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads (optional)
- Display & Remarketing campaigns
Student Lead Generation
- Generate high-quality leads for:
- CAT
- CLAT
- IPMAT
- CUET
- GMAT
- GRE
- Study Abroad
- Design city-wise and pan-India campaigns.
- Continuously improve Cost per Lead (CPL).
Funnel Optimisation
Manage the complete marketing funnel:
Awareness → Landing Page → Lead Form → Counselling → Admission

Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse:

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Campaign Strategy
Develop campaigns around:

- Faculty Branding
- College Admissions
- Seasonal Admission Campaigns
Audience Building
Create and optimise:
- Lookalike Audiences
- Custom Audiences
- Retargeting Campaigns
- Email Lists
- WhatsApp Marketing Audiences
Collaboration
Coordinate closely with:
- Video Editors
- Graphic Designers
- Content Creators
- Bloggers
- Academic Team
- Counsellors

Ensure creatives are aligned with campaign objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
