Job Description:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, commercial, and industry regulations.
- Support legal matters related to procurement, sales, vendors, and customers.
- Assist in handling legal notices, disputes, and litigation coordination.
- Maintain statutory records and support company secretarial activities.
- Provide legal advice to management on business operations and risk mitigation.
