Accounting & Book Keeping
· Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with applicable accounting standards, NSEIX policies, and internal control requirements.
· Process and review accounting entries relating to expenses, accruals, provisions, fixed assets, inter company transactions, and payables/receivables.
· Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit trails for all accounting transactions.
B. Financial Reporting & MIS
· Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management MIS.
· Support variance analysis, schedules, and explanatory notes for internal management and audit reviews.
· Ensure timely closing of books as per defined timelines and quality standards.
C. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
· Support compliance with IFSC regulatory financial requirements, statutory laws, and NSEIX financial policies.
· Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory financial returns, disclosures, and certifications, as applicable.
· Maintain records and evidence required for regulatory inspections and supervisory reviews.
D. Audit Support & Internal Controls
· Support internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and regulatory inspections by providing data, schedules, and clarifications.
· Track audit observations, support preparation of responses, and monitor closure of action items.
· Ensure adherence to maker–checker controls, segregation of duties, and control checklists.
E. Budgeting & Expense Monitoring
· Support budget preparation, monitoring, and variance tracking for departments.
· Review expense claims, vendor invoices, and payments for budgetary and policy compliance.
· Assist in cost tracking and identification of efficiency opportunities.
F. Taxation & Compliance Support
· Assist in direct and indirect tax compliance, including computation support, filings, reconciliations, and documentation.
· Coordinate with advisors and auditors for tax related data and assessments, as required.
· Maintain tax registers, workings, and supporting schedules.
G. Banking, Treasury & Reconciliations
· Support banking operations, including payment processing, bank reconciliations, and cash/bank monitoring.
· Assist in maintaining records related to investments, deposits, and treasury transactions (as applicable).
· Ensure timely resolution of reconciliation differences.
H. Documentation, Systems & Process Improvement
· Maintain finance SOPs, checklists, registers, and documentation in line with governance standards.
· Support finance system operations, data validation, and testing during upgrades or process changes.
· Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
I. Coordination & Support
· Coordinate with other departments on finance related matters.
· Support ad hoc financial analysis and management requirements as assigned by seniors.
Pay: ₹8,362.01 - ₹29,676.51 per month
