Manage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), macOS, and Windows-based systems.
Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot servers (physical and virtual) across platforms.
Oversee network infrastructure, including routing, switching, VPN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi access points.
Implement and manage firewall rules, IDS/IPS, and network security protocols.
Handle hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and servers.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and policies via Active Directory and LDAP.
Monitor system performance, logs, and uptime; perform capacity planning.
Collaborate with other IT teams to support enterprise applications and services.
Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and changes.
Provide Tier 2/3 support and escalate issues as necessary.
