We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, a proactive approach to business development, and a passion for building long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor analysis.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, social media, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Engage in negotiations with clients and close deals that align with the company’s goals and targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing, sales, and product development) to align strategies and deliver results.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including leads, meetings, proposals, and sales forecasts.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role (typically 1-5 years).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
