Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Plan raw material and packaging material requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and production reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Handle all computer-based operational work, including data entry, ERP updates, documentation, and report preparation.
- Maintain production records and planning data accurately.
- Monitor inventory and support production planning activities.
- Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Operations (Mandatory).
- 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning or Manufacturing Operations.
- Experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and MIS).
- Working knowledge of ERP software.
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹11,097.49 - ₹35,759.83 per month
