Job Summary:
We are looking for an Senior Operations Executive – Power and Fuel (Tower Business) to manage daily delivery operations, reconciliation, stock and purchase monitoring, client billing, dashboards and tracker sharing, and customer escalations for Telecom Tower Operations. The candidate should ensure timely deliveries, optimize routes, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocation and management of diesel fuel through teams across clusters.
- Daily Purchase vs. Sale reconciliation.
- Oversee general sourcing and distribution of diesel to sites.
- Training and coordinating with Cluster AOMs of Fuelbuddy.
- Reconciliation of diesel and client billing by visiting client offices.
- Sending and maintaining daily stock reports and purchase & sale reports.
- Preparing reports and dashboards for office meetings.
- Managing daily passive telecom operations.
- Analyzing data obtained from client portals and Fuelbuddy Driver Portal and maintaining cross-reference dashboards and reports.
- Electrical maintenance of passive infrastructure, including DG, PIU, Battery Banks, SMPS, etc.
- Ensuring on-time delivery and 100% compliance with SOPs.
- Handling operational customer escalations.
Requirements:
- Telecom industry candidates preferred only.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Telecom Tower Operations preferred.
- Experience in route planning, driver management, escalation handling, MIS and dashboard maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team management experience.
