Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and enthusiastic professional to manage preschool admissions while also supporting early childhood teaching activities. The role involves interacting with parents, guiding them through the admission process, and creating a positive learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
Admission Counselor/Preschool Teacher Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from parents regarding admissions, curriculum, and school policies.
- Conduct school tours and explain facilities and programs.
- Manage student admission documentation and records.
- Follow up with prospective parents through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Coordinate admission events, orientations, and enrollment activities.
- Maintain admission databases and prepare reports.
- Support marketing and outreach activities to increase enrollments.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities.
- Teach basic literacy, numeracy, social, and motor skills.
- Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor children’s progress and behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
- Organize classroom materials and learning resources.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and discipline standards are maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, or related field.
- Montessori/Nursery Teacher Training certification preferred.
- Prior experience in preschool teaching or admissions counseling is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, student records).

Experience

- Based on experience and qualifications.
