- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Medical Records, Health Information Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of MRD experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience in a NABH/JCI-accredited hospital preferred.
- Proficiency in HIS/EMR systems and strong leadership skills
