We are looking for energetic and result-oriented marketing executives to expand our market presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, supermarkets, distributors, hotels, and restaurants to promote company products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and HoReCa customers.
- Generate orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
- Ensure product visibility and availability in the market.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer records.
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales aptitude and customer handling ability.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and business development activities.
- FMCG food industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to build and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred. If a four-wheeler license has an added advantage.
- Tamil and English speaking are mandatory. Other languages known are an added advantage.
