About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
- Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and new customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
