Seeking a Performance Testing Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience skilled in LoadRunner or NeoLoad and proficient in APM tools to optimize application performance
Job Description
5 to 8 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Handson experience with LoadRunner or NeoLoad for performance testing Experience with SAP and Salesforce platforms is an added advantage Minimum 3 years of experience working with Application Performance Monitoring APM tools such as AppDynamics Dynatrace NewRelic or Azure AppInsight Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Roles and Responsibilities
Design develop and execute performance test plans and scripts using LoadRunner or NeoLoad Monitor and analyze system performance using APM tools to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and scalability Conduct performance testing on SAP and Salesforce applications when applicable Prepare detailed performance test reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in collaboration with crossfunctional teams
