Hiring: CNC & VMC Programmer
Company: Rise Engineers
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh
Rise Engineers is a precision engineering company manufacturing pneumatic motors, assemblies, and precision-machined cast iron and alloy steel components. We are looking for experienced CNC & VMC Programmers to join our manufacturing team.
Experience
* 3–10 years in CNC Turning and/or VMC programming.
Qualification
* ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, edit, and optimize CNC Turning and VMC programs.
* Set up and prove out new jobs on CNC and VMC machines.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerance specifications.
* Select cutting tools, fixtures, and optimize machining parameters.
* Manufacture components within close tolerances and achieve high-quality surface finish.
* Improve productivity through cycle-time reduction and process optimization.
* Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, dimensions, and machine performance.
* Perform first-piece inspection and coordinate with the Quality and Production teams.
* Ensure safe machine operation and maintain production documentation.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and G & M code programming.
* Experience with CNC Turning and/or VMC machining.
* Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, cutting parameters, and machining process optimization.
* Ability to machine cast iron, alloy steel, and hardened materials.
* Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and dial indicators.
* Good understanding of engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
Preferred Industry
Candidates with experience in precision machining, automotive components, heavy engineering, mining equipment, hydraulic equipment, or industrial machinery manufacturing will be preferred.
