Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can manage multiple projects endto-end. This is not a traditional role where development, project management, and architecture are handled by separate individuals.
In this role, you will *own projects completely* — from client communication and requirement understanding to architecture decisions, team leadership, and final delivery. You will be responsible for managing *4–5 projects simultaneously*, each with its own team, timeline, and client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys *technical problem-solving as well as client interaction*, and who can independently manage projects.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement
* Communicating directly with clients via email and calls
* Preparing *MoMs (Minutes of Meetings) and tracking action items
* Creating BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), SOWs, and proposals
* Participating in governance calls with enterprise clients
* Handling client escalations and resolving issues proactively
* Managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
Project & Team Ownership
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Coordinating development teams and ensuring timely delivery
* Conducting daily standups and resolving technical blockers
* Reviewing code and pull requests
* Ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
* Preparing project status reports for leadership
Technical Leadership
* Designing system architecture and technical solutions
* Writing technical design documentation
* Reviewing APIs, integrations, and system workflows
* Using AI development tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to improve productivity
* Assisting development teams during complex technical challenges
Required Skills
* Strong technical architecture and system design skills
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Experience in client handling and stakeholder management
* Ability to review code and technical solutions
