We are looking for a mature, confident and responsible business partner to join our HR and Digital Marketing company on a profit-sharing basis.
This is not a traditional salaried job. We are looking for someone who can bring strong professional skills, communication abilities and business-management capabilities to the company. No financial investment is required — we are looking for the right person’s skills, time, leadership and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communication and professional meetings.
- Conduct and manage candidate interviews.
- Communicate confidently with clients, candidates and business associates.
- Negotiate professionally with clients, candidates and vendors.
- Help manage HR recruitment and related business activities.
- Support digital marketing operations and client coordination.
- Manage day-to-day business activities and follow-ups.
