We are looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Anchor / Host to present engaging video content related to housing, real estate, property investment, home buying, and market updates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a professional on-camera presence, and the ability to explain complex real estate topics in a simple and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and present videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Explain topics related to housing, real estate trends, property investment, and home buying.
- Conduct interviews with builders, developers, architects, and property experts.
- Present property walkthroughs, project reviews, and market analysis videos.
- Read scripts confidently and deliver content with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, and marketing teams.
- Participate in live sessions, webinars, and promotional events.
- Research trending topics and suggest content ideas.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong on-camera presence and presentation skills.
- Clear pronunciation, confidence, and expressive delivery.
- Basic understanding of housing and real estate concepts.
- Ability to memorize or read scripts naturally.
- Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Aleast one year of experience as an anchor, presenter, host, or content creator.
- Freshers with exceptional presentation skills may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in YouTube or digital content creation.
- Knowledge of teleprompter usage.
- Basic understanding of social media trends.
- Interest in real estate and property investment.
Salary
₹ 12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and presentation skills).
