Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Distributor Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new distributor leads across India.
- Build and maintain a database of potential distributors, wholesalers, and stockists.
- Reach out through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
- Generate a minimum of 50–100 qualified distributor leads per month.
- Distributor Onboarding & Sales
- Target onboarding 3–5 new distributors per month.
- Present product offerings, pricing, and business opportunities to prospective distributors.
- Support distributors with product information, schemes, offers, and promotional activities.
- Drive monthly sales targets through the distributor network.
- Supplement Store Network Development
- Generate leads for supplement stores, sports nutrition stores, pharmacies, and fitness outlets.
- Coordinate with distributors to place products in retail outlets.
- Expand product availability across key cities and territories.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with distributors and prospects.
- Resolve queries related to pricing, logistics, orders, and promotions.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and higher sales.
- Market Intelligence
- Collect competitor pricing, distributor schemes, and market feedback.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion territories.
- Share insights and recommendations with management.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a proven ability to develop distributor networks and generate business opportunities.
Pay: ₹11,530.80 - ₹30,000.00 per month
