We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and support deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, or networking.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the IT, software, AI, or digital services industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
Pay: ₹13,953.84 - ₹58,196.84 per month
