Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in both frontend and backend development processes.
- Ability to work with cloud-based platforms and agile development methodologies.
- Skilled in integrating diverse technologies to build cohesive software solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across the full stack.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Aras Innovator Customization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
