Key Responsibilities
▸ Define and champion the studio's design philosophy, aesthetic direction, and quality benchmarks.
▸ Lead design development across flagship and high-value projects from concept through completion.
▸ Review and approve all design deliverables — mood boards, space plans, working drawings, and renders.
▸ Mentor and guide a team of Interior Designers and Draftsmen, fostering a culture of excellence.
▸ Interface directly with key clients, architects, and stakeholders to present and refine design visions.
▸ Oversee FF&E selection, custom furniture design, and material specifications.
▸ Collaborate with the Business Manager to pitch large-value projects and attend client presentations.
▸ Establish and enforce design documentation standards, process workflows, and project timelines.
▸ Build relationships with premium vendors, craftsmen, and international design brands.
▸ Stay ahead of global design trends and introduce innovative concepts, materials, and technologies.
▸ Contribute to studio brand building through thought leadership, portfolio curation, and award submissions.
Required Skills & Competencies
▸ Exceptional spatial design skills across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail typologies.
▸ Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and high-end rendering tools (V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape); BIM/Revit preferred.
▸ Deep knowledge of global material markets, custom joinery, bespoke FF&E, and art curation.
▸ Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative, empowering approach.
▸ Excellent client communication and presentation skills; confident engaging C-suite and HNI clients.
▸ Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
Strong business acumen — understanding of project budgets, cost control, and profitability.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
