- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Salary: INR 50,000 – INR 65,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Front desk management: Greet visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Call handling: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
- Visitor coordination: Maintain visitor logs and issue passes.
- Scheduling support: Assist in booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments.
- Customer service: Provide information and assistance to clients and guests.
- Administrative tasks: Handle correspondence, maintain records, and support office operations.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
- Professional attitude, presentable personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
