Job SummaryWe are looking for Instrumentation Engineers with a strong technical background and hands-on industry experience in instrumentation or mechanical engineering.
The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of erection, commissioning, or site execution, excellent English communication skills, and prior exposure to global vendors and EPC projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Transportation, or Telecommunications sectors.This role involves end-to-end technical and commercial procurement, vendor coordination across USA, Europe, and Middle East, and working under strict RFQ and project deadlines. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue RFQs for industrial equipment such as field instruments, transmitters, control systems, valves, actuators, pumps, motors, HVAC, etc.
- Coordinate with OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers, and EPC contractors for:
- Technical submittals
- Datasheets, drawings, manuals
- NMR (Non-Material Requirements)
- Spare Parts Data Packages (SPDP)
- Perform technical bid evaluation and commercial comparison as per project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with international engineering standards (API, ASME, IEC, IEEE, BIS, ATEX).
- Conduct price, delivery, and commercial negotiations with global vendors.
- Prepare final techno-commercial bids for end clients.
- Follow up rigorously to meet project deadlines and client commitments.
- Work closely with engineering, project management, and sales teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial / Chemical Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of experience in:
- Industrial procurement
- Engineering procurement
- EPC / OEM / Industrial trading environment
- Industry exposure to:
- Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream)
- Petrochemical & Refinery Projects
- Power Plants (Thermal, Renewable, Utilities)
- Transportation & Infrastructure
- Telecommunications / Industrial Automation
- Practical knowledge of erection, commissioning, or site execution is a strong advantage.
- Experience dealing with international clients and suppliers (USA / Europe preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English mandatory (phone, email, technical documentation).
