Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Manage workforce and maintain shop-floor discipline
- Monitor quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar production/manufacturing role
- Engineering Degree or Diploma required
- Knowledge of production processes and plant operations
- Ability to manage production teams effectively
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
