Role Overview
Transparent Overseas is looking for a creative and passionate Product Designer to develop innovative and trend-driven home décor collections for international markets. Candidates with prior experience in glass product design will be highly preferred. However, talented freshers with a strong design portfolio and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new product concepts for glass and home décor collections.
- Create sketches, mood boards, technical drawings, and design presentations.
- Research international trends, materials, colors, and buyer preferences.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and successful execution.
- Support sample development and incorporate modifications based on buyer feedback.
- Prepare product specifications and maintain development records.
- Collaborate with artisans and internal teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- NIFT graduates are mandatory (B.Des/M.Des in Product Design, Accessory Design, Lifestyle Accessory Design, or related fields).
- Experience in glass product design will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong creativity and an impressive portfolio may also apply.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, or similar design tools.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and understanding of materials and trends.
