Dispatch Executive
Important Note Before Applying
This is a Black Masterbatch manufacturing plant.The working environment involves regular handling of carbon black and black materials. Due to the nature of the industry, clothes, hands, shoes, and sometimes exposed skin become black/dusty during work.
Candidates who are uncomfortable working in such an environment should not apply.
Candidates who understand and are comfortable with industrial shop-floor working conditions are welcome to apply.
Industry Preference
Preference for candidates with experience in:
- Masterbatch industry
- Plastic manufacturing
- Polymer industry
- Industrial dispatch/logistics operations
Experience Required
- 2–8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in factory dispatch operations preferred
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities
- Plan dispatches based on production completion and dispatch schedules
- Coordinate with:
- Production
- Inventory
- QC
- Transporters
- Sales/dispatch team
Documentation Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify:
- Dispatch documents
- Material transfer records
- Packing details
- Dispatch checklists
- Vehicle loading details
- Ensure proper documentation accuracy before dispatch
Loading Supervision
- Supervise loading activities
- Ensure correct:
- Material
- Quantity
- Batch
- Labeling
- Packaging
- Prevent dispatch errors and shortages
Finished Goods Coordination
- Coordinate with inventory team for finished goods availability
- Ensure proper dispatch sequencing and material handling
Vehicle & Transport Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers
- Ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch execution
- Track pending and completed dispatches
Dispatch Records & Reporting
- Maintain dispatch registers and dispatch records
- Update dispatch status regularly
- Report delays or dispatch issues immediately
Housekeeping & Discipline
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dispatch/loading areas
- Follow safety procedures during loading operations

Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
