As an Insurance Servicing Specialist – Operations Analyst within the Insurance Operations Group, you execute insurance servicing activities while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You support policy administration, renewals, compliance monitoring, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement across insurance-related processes. You also contribute to operational efficiency by performing quality reviews, managing escalations, supporting projects, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Job Responsibilities

Execute insurance servicing tasks accurately and within established SLAs.

Manage policy expirations, renewals, and insurance compliance activities.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process-related inquiries and guidance.

Resolve stakeholder queries promptly and provide effective solutions.

Escalate critical issues and support timely resolution of process-related concerns.

Monitor quality and productivity metrics to achieve established targets.

Prepare and distribute Business-As-Usual (BAU) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports.

Conduct quality reviews and validate critical servicing transactions.

Research escalated issues and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with upstream and downstream partners to address process gaps.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

Demonstrate willingness to work night shifts supporting North America operations.

Obtain a bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience.

Possess at least 36 months of experience in financial services or insurance operations.

Demonstrate understanding of insurance policies, compliance requirements, and real estate loan operations.

Apply strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.

Manage multiple stakeholders effectively while building collaborative partnerships.

Communicate clearly through strong verbal and written communication skills while managing competing priorities.
