Job Description: Design Engineer
Company: Boffin Design Solutions (Start-up company, established in 2019)
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: Fresh Graduates with Mechanical basics or 1 year of experience in the field
Job Role:
- Designing and developing new products
- Improving existing products
- Ensuring that the designs meet customer and industry requirements.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a successful project outcome.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of design software Solid works
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Tapping and Thread Pitch Knowledge on Standard Fasteners.
- Sheet-metal basics
- Weight Calculations.
- Force Calculations.
- Physical component to 3D and 2D conversions.
- Drafting Basics.
- Conveyors, Basic Mechanisms.
- Types of Machines used for manufacturing Process.
- Standard Material sizes in Market.
- Tolerances.
- Basic Knowledge on hydraulics and pneumatic.
- Laser cutting drawings and nesting.

Please Note:
- One Year of field Experience Required.
- No food & Accommodation.
A Standard Pay of Rs.12000 will be provided on the training period for First three months, then Rs.15000/- from fourth month plus Incentive for each project completed within the time frame. On completion of each project, compulsory incentive of Rs.2000 per project will be provided.

#One Year Agreement has to be signed before joining.
#One Original Certificate has to be submitted.
