Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding available UG, PG, and certification programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.
- Stay updated on course offerings, admission policies, and industry trends.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
