We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Mechanical Design Trainer to train and mentor students in industry-leading CAD/CAM/CAE software. If you enjoy teaching, guiding aspiring engineers, and sharing your technical expertise, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical training in Mechanical Design software.
- Train students on industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Autodesk Inventor, GD&T, and ANSYS (based on expertise).
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Guide students in project work and industry-oriented applications.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student attendance, performance records, and training documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software technologies.
- Support placement activities by preparing students for technical interviews and aptitude tests.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure quality training and student satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers with strong software knowledge or experienced trainers are welcome.
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more Mechanical Design software tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
