Job Description :-
- Technical Expertise in Quantity Calculation
- Strong knowledge of cross-section analysis, quantity calculation, and quantity surveying practices.
- Billing Experience
- Hands-on experience in client billing and subcontractor billing within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Drawing Interpretation Skills
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and infrastructure drawings for accurate measurement and billing.
- Software Proficiency
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and working knowledge of AutoCAD for quantity and billing work.
- Knowledge of Billing Procedures
- Understanding of construction billing procedures, contract conditions, and related documentation requirements.
- Communication and Coordination
- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with site and project teams.
- Relevant Project Background
- Experience in road, industrial, infrastructure, or civil construction projects is preferred.
- Education
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure billing.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
