Job Summary
We are looking for qualified, knowledgeable, and passionate faculty members to teach Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies to senior-secondary students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare students effectively for board examinations and competitive entrance examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical examples and effective teaching methodologies.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and revision sessions.
- Guide students in solving numerical, theoretical, and case-based questions.
- Prepare students for CBSE/State Board examinations and other relevant competitive examinations.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual academic support where required.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial classes.
- Develop students’ analytical, numerical, reasoning, and application-based skills.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
- Motivate students and provide guidance on examination strategies and time management.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and academic management regarding student performance.
- Contribute to the preparation of question papers, test series, and academic resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Studies, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred for school positions.
- Strong knowledge of the senior-secondary curriculum and examination pattern.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
