We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager (Band E) to join our team in a role focused on Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Transformation and internal Consulting . This position will play a key role in driving strategic and operational improvements across FCC programs, with particular relevance to Sanctions and Customer Due Diligence (CDD / KYC) .
The role requires a strong blend of FCC domain expertise, transformation delivery, and consulting capability . The successful candidate will partner with business, FCC compliance, operations, and leadership stakeholders to assess current-state processes, identify control and operating model enhancements, and deliver sustainable change across FCC frameworks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can combine subject matter knowledge with structured problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and program execution to strengthen FCC risk management and improve business outcomes.
We will count on you to:
- Lead and support FCC transformation initiatives across key areas such as Sanctions, CDD / KYC, onboarding, Risk assessments, screening, periodic review, escalation, and governance
- Provide consulting and advisory support to stakeholders (Global and regions) on FCC-related risk, control design, process optimization, and regulatory expectations.
- Conduct current-state assessments of FCC processes, controls, governance, and operating models, and recommend practical target-state improvements.
- Drive transformation programs focused on process redesign, standardization, efficiency improvement, control enhancement, and automation opportunities.
- Partner with business, compliance, operations, technology, and program teams to implement FCC-related changes effectively and sustainably.
- Support the design and enhancement of FCC frameworks, procedures, controls, and management reporting .
- Identify risks, gaps, bottlenecks, and control weaknesses within FCC processes and develop remediation actions and implementation roadmaps.
- Translate regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements into clear business solutions and actionable change plans.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions to align on priorities, design decisions, and delivery milestones.
- Prepare high-quality materials for senior stakeholders, including assessment findings, recommendations, business cases, status updates, and transformation roadmaps .
- Support governance forums, audits (if applicable), internal reviews, and regulatory response activity, where required.
- Contribute to the development of FCC transformation best practices, methodologies, and reusable consulting approaches.
- Coach and support junior team members while fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Law, Economics , or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in Financial Crime Compliance , with strong exposure to Sanctions and CDD / KYC .
- Demonstrated experience in FCC transformation, business transformation, consulting, or change delivery within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of FCC risk management principles, including sanctions screening, due diligence, customer risk assessment, control frameworks, and governance .
- Proven ability to assess complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of change initiatives.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across compliance, business, operations, and leadership teams.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, senior-management-ready documentation and presentations.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, consulting, or other regulated industries .
- Broader knowledge of FCC topics such as KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions, transaction monitoring, screening controls, and financial crime risk governance .
- Experience with target operating model design, process reengineering, control enhancement, and transformation delivery frameworks .
- Familiarity with data-driven analysis, MI reporting, workflow tools, and process automation opportunities in compliance environments.
- Professional certifications in AML / FCC / Compliance / Risk / Project Management would be advantageous.
