Title: Student Counsellor

Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and respond to online (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media) and walk-in inquiries for IELTS and student visa services.
* Provide accurate and updated information regarding IELTS courses, exam formats, intake sessions, and study abroad opportunities.
* Counsel students on suitable countries, universities, and courses based on their academic profile and career goals.
* Guide students through the complete admission and student visa process, including documentation and application procedures.
* Coordinate with IELTS faculty and visa processing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Maintain and update inquiry data, follow-ups, and conversion records in the system.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to achieve enrollment targets.
* Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain confidentiality of student records.
* Provide pre-departure guidance and post-enrollment support to students.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written). Smart, confident, and presentable personality. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Freshers are welcome (Candidates with internship experience will be preferred)
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
