Job Description
Introduction
Join our global End User Computing (EUC) team as a Global Infrastructure Engineer, where you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing our end-user device environment. You'll help ensure that our Lenovo laptop estate, Microsoft Intune platform, and endpoint security solutions deliver a secure, compliant, and seamless employee experience across multiple global locations while driving innovation through automation and modern workplace technologies.
What you'll do

You'll manage and optimise the global Lenovo device estate, ensuring devices remain secure, compliant, up to date, and aligned with business and security standards across all regions.

You'll administer and enhance Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management solutions, including device enrolment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, conditional access, and application deployment.

You'll develop EUC dashboards, reports, and PowerShell automations to improve visibility into device compliance, patching, hardware health, licence utilisation, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

You'll provide advanced support for complex EUC incidents, perform root-cause analysis, maintain ITIL-aligned service processes, and create documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles to support service excellence.

You'll collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to support endpoint protection, device lifecycle management, office projects, and the adoption of modern workplace technologies and best practices.

Qualifications
About you
-
You have 3+ years of experience in EUC or endpoint engineering within global or multi-site environments, with expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and enterprise device management.

You have strong experience managing Windows 10/11 devices, Lenovo or equivalent laptop estates, Autopilot provisioning, Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and endpoint security technologies such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

You are proficient in PowerShell scripting, reporting, and dashboard creation, with experience using Intune reporting, Microsoft Endpoint Analytics, and automation to improve operational performance.

You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, have strong English communication skills, and ideally possess Microsoft MD-102 or other Microsoft 365 certifications, along with experience working in multicultural, fast-paced organisations
