Job Description
Urban Immigration is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller Cum Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the immigration industry and be capable of handling client inquiries, counseling prospects, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to immigration services.
- Counsel clients regarding Work Visa, Study Visa, PR, Visitor Visa, and other immigration programs.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead records.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable immigration solutions.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain professional communication and client relationships.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in Immigration Telecalling/Counseling (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, counseling, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
