Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management within the IT or Digital Marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients for IT, Design, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Development, Mobile Apps, or IT Services.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills may also apply.
